Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Nature’s Sugar purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines before placing your order:

• Sugar Wax Products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any used or opened sugar wax.

• Other Products: If you believe a product is defective or there is a quality issue, please contact us through our Contact Us form to start a return claim. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.

• Online Certification Courses: Refunds for online certification courses are only available if all items from the included product kit are returned in full. Once the returned items arrive at our facility, they will be inspected for damage. If approved, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and the cost to return the products to us.

• Advanced Courses: We do not offer refunds for advanced courses, such as the Brazilian Sugaring Advanced Course.

Please note:

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

• We do not refund original shipping fees.

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
